It means that if you get it from WindowsUpdate.Microsoft.com, it will
determine which ones it needs to install. It will not reinstall anything
you already have. So if you have all the patches it contains already
installed and you installed it - nothing would really happen except maybe a
registry entry to note it was "installed" was put in (or a note somewhere.)
It's not really that big of a deal since (1) If you install it and have all
of the updates it includes, even if it overwrote them, you still have them
and (2) SP2 has all the updates it includes and those before it and those
after it up to SP2. heh
