With some help from Microsoft, I was able to finally download this update.
solution that worked for me: 1st turn off automatic updates(as it will try to
reinstall what you are about to delete). go to control panel/ add & remove
programs,check box show updates. Uninstall KB904706 and Internet Explorer 7.
after restart use this link
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en
to get the rollup 2 update. Once installed,turn on automatic updates,and the
2 that were uninstalled,will be added back with Priority updates,and alot
more. GOOD LUCK! hope this helps everyone with this issue.
