update screen visuals are gone

Hi, Please help me out of this -- as i click on window update in window vista
ultimate, window update screen open but there are no buttons shown or as i
say it look the graphics of those buttons are blank . ihave screen shot of
thewindow if some one can help me i can send that by email.

I have the same problem. Windows update will not work. I also have a screen
capture of the blank windows update window if somone out there can help.
Vista worked pretty well for the first three months, but now performance is
getting worse and I am considering going back to XP...
