Update Successful but same update thing shows everytime

I downloaded and installed successfully each update some topics ,

but strangely after recheck for update same update topics are shows again,
also my update history shows result was fail but pop-up dialog tell me that
update successed.

I don't know why this happen. somebody please let me know about this

Have you tried to install these updates again? If not please do so.
