Security Update for Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2
(KB936181) may repeatedly appear in the update list on Microsoft Update
or on Windows Update
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941729

For Step 1 under Resolution, open the Command Prompt by *right*
clicking it and choosing 'Run as administrator'
Click the Start button. In the Search box, type Command Prompt, and
then, in the list of results, *right-click* Command Prompt, and choose
'Run as administrator'
If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type
the password or provide confirmation.

The error appeared when you were attempting to install
KB936181 that you had *manually* downloaded or the update that had come
down via Automatic Updates ?

There were no errors when you renamed msxml4.dll from the Elevated
Command Prompt ?

WHEN are you getting the error message ? When renaming msxml from
Command Prompt or from installing it ?

Uninstall ALL MSXML *4* entries in Installed Programs, rebooting when
requested to.
Than redownload KB936181 and attempt to install it by *right* clicking
it and choosing 'Run as administrator'

Is there is any HP software installed for an HP printer ?

pops up.I dont see any msxml file in in the program file any more.
