do?

80240017 = "install is not needed because no updates are applicable"

More information is required to help you:
What version of Windows is this?
Are you using Windows Update or Microsoft Update?
Are you fetching updates from a SUS or WSUS server, or from Microsoft?
Specifically, what update KB numbers are failing with this code?
