update for windows (KB932929)

hello
I downloaded the standalone xps viewer from microsoft download, when i run
the setup exe, it ask for permission to install update for windows
(KB932929) first. i check from the net and there is no info on this update
(KB932929). does anyone knows any thing about this update.
