Update to Windows Mail

I'm using outdated OE6 on one of my PCs. How can I update to Windows Mail?

I should say this PC has XP.

I downloaded Live Messenger but that requires my hotmail address. I want
to use the roadrunner address I used in Outlook???

Greetings Lisa,

I thought you were trying to use Windows Live Mail? Windows Live Messenger is for instant
messaging, not as a replacement for Outlook Express.

Like Menno already told you, you can happily register your e-mail address a Windows Live ID,
but I assume that's not what you're trying to do...
