UPDATE WINDOWS SOFTWARES FROM NICARAGUA

Hello everyone,

IEEE Student Members subscribed to the Computer Society in 2008 will have
access to download free development software from Microsoft. I know that all
students with 2008 membership are eligeble to select and download some
windows softwares.

I have Windows Vista Home Basic in my laptop, so I am looking to upgrade for
a Vista Business Edition, which is one of the free software eligeble to
download.

I want to know if from Nicaragua I will be able to download these softwares
for next year. If I will, could you please tell me the steps I will have to
follow.
