Yes: Determine the security application or the hijackware infection that's
blocking the ActiveX Control from being installed.
Need more help? Start my stating your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP
SP3; Vista SP1) and telling us if this is a sudden, new problem or an
ongoing one.
