Update for Windows XP (KB916595) in my July update history

I have Windows Xp Home Service Pack 2.
Usually I doublecheck my Windows Updates due to some problems I had with
trojans and other security problems, but on June and July I didn't, due to
some serious family health problem we had.
Now I checked them and June was OK (916281, 918439, 917734, 917344, 911280,
914389) all downloaded through automatic updates and when I was surfing with
a limited account, without to bother me at all.
But for July, I find in my updates history and in my add/remove programs
following:
Update for Windows XP (KB916595)
which I cannot locate in Microsoft security bulletin for this month.
I found there for me only 917159, 914388 and 917283.
What is this 916595?

O.K., I personally had found
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
so that to check if it's a legal microsoft patch and so.
I suppose it's scholastic to ask why since it's released June 6, I saw it
downloaded in my p/c on July 17, and in the meantime other updates were
downloaded on June 15...
