update wont install/download!!

Hi
Ive been trying to download the latest updates on my computer but once i
click 'install updates' the progress bar doesnt progress at all!! It worked
fine when i downloaded all the updates last week, and i havent used the
computer since then, but now all i get is a load of failed updates, error
code 0x80200010

Help!!

Windows version?

Download stops or freezes. The Windows Update - Web Page Dialog window
appears but download never starts
