Hi, I have the same problem as Joe. My system does not have a yellow mark on
it, it just says the device is working properly but when I check drivers it
says none are installed for this device. When I click to update drivers it
says the one I have is the best one available and does nothing. I have a
restore disk that came with my computer should I use it and if I do will I
lose all the files I've accumulated since I bought the machine? Or how do I
find the specific driver I need from the link you provided? If I do find it
do I save it and update driver by browsing my computer to the location I've
saved it? Thanks for any help you can provide.
