updates of 0.0 kb size

I keep getting a request to update with m.s. ng7 framework 3.5 service pack 1
and .net frame work 35 family update for .net version 2 through 3.5 the
listed size is always 0.0 KB I'm using a trial version of MS Care and a home
version of Windows XP

Please state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3) when posting to
this newsgroup.

The .NET Framework update has already been downloaded by Automatic Updates.
When you go to turn off your computer, is the TURN OFF button replaced with
an INSTALL UPDATES AND TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER button?

Are you referring to OneCare? How long has it been installed? What
anti-virus application was installed before you installed the OneCare trial
and was your subscription still current?
