Updates for 2007 DST transitions

I noticed in TZEDIT that certain time zones (Pacific, Mountain, Central and
Eastern) are labeled as (US & Canada). In 2007, the day on which the
transition to DST takes place will change for the US, but not for Canada.

For example Pacific Daylight Time for the US will start on 3/11/2007. In
Canada, PDT will start on 4/1/2007.

Are there Windows updates proposed that will deal with this? TZEDIT doesn't
appear to be able to make them different for the US and for Canada - i.e.;
there isn't a Pacific Time (Canada) and a Pacific Time (US).
