Updates 925028 & 925672 FAIL

Update for Windows Vista RC1 (925028)
MSXML 4.0 SP2 Security Update (925672)
These two update are failing with code 80070643. The advice on how to
correct states to make sure oce.exe in services is set correctly. I followed
this and still no success. I have had no problems with any previous updates
with Vista RC1. I really need for 925028 to work because I have the problem
this update fixes (Word 2003 crashes when text is highlighted on a Tablet PC).

There have already been threads re KB925672 in windowsupdate group - re
vista suggest you also try the below.
