Updates and restart

Hi

I have a problem since I installed WSus 3.
The computers in my domain, they all install the updates but the warning to
the users concerning a restart , its only seen in event viewer. On sreen,
the window warning the restart, doesen't appear.
I checked GPO and is in the same state as it was for Wus 2 and at that time
it worked well.
Now all 800 pcs restart witnhout warning. Any ideias from someone?

This is for updates installed by hand. Not for WSus.
