Updates Appearing as Programs in Windows 98

I have just noticed that Windows Updates KB896358 and Q823559 appear as
Programs in Control Program, Add-Remove Programs. These are the only Windows
Updates that I can actually find in Add-Remove. When I ruin "Find", I also
see them in Notepad as:

I think this is unusual. Can I uninstall them?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
