Updates on CD from SP2 to now

I need to download all updates since SP2 until now into a CD, so i can
install them in several machines at once, instead of leting them fetch these
updates from net, overloading my internet channel.

Can someone help me how i can do this? The main thing is to select all
important updates from windows update site.
