UPDATES DO NOT WORK

Microsoft update does not work any more. Why doesn't Microsoft repond?

What's the error message as "do not work" doesn't give me a lot to go on.

I've been having a problem as well. When i go to the updates page, the whole
thing just freezes up. There is no error message, and the task manager says
that it is still running fine
