Therefore, there is no need for our personal computer to install this
update. Since we need not install this update, I suggest we just hide it. It
is the most efficient method to resolve the current issue and the computer
can still work fine. For your convenience, I have attached the steps to hide
the Update:
Hide specific update:

1. Open IE and go to Windows Update site directly:
http://update.microsoft.com/windowsu....aspx?ln=en-us
2. Click "Custom Install" to scan your system (Not Express Install).
3. After it finishes, choose the update which you want to hide on the right
pane and check the box "Don't show this update again".
4. Restart the computer and this update should not be offered again.
If you would like to restore the update, we can try the following steps:
Restore hidden updates

1. Open IE and go to Windows Update site directly:

2. Click "Custom Install" to scan your system (Not Express Install).
3. After it finishes, please click "Restore hidden updates" in the left pane.
4. Choose the update you would like to restore by checking the box and then
