Could you post the end of the Windows Update log? The user can find it by:
1. Click Start
2. Click Run
3. type notepad %windir%\WindowsUpdate.log <Enter>
4. Scroll all the way to the end, or just press <CTRL> <END>
Am I correct in assuming that SP2 actually DID install successfully?
