updates error 0x80080008

every time i try to windows update they fail with error code 0x80080008 can
anyone one help

Using IE, visit Windows Update. Afterwards open the WindowsUpdate.log
located in the WINDOWS directory [folder].
Copy and paste the last 30 - 50 lines of the log into your reply, please.
