Updates errors again!!

I have updated some windows updates for August, but the junk email filter
update keeps being rejected stating error no: 80007371B

Now why can I not find out what that error is if there "is no such error
number on microsoft websites"? Why do they give error numbers out that do not
exist?

can anyone help please? with vista lately, it is one problem after another
and I find myself spending a lot of my time trying to sort out problems when
I could be doing work what I want to do!

Microsoft have contacted me & we are trying to solve this matter. I have
tried one suggestion of theirs, and that is to remove all files from the
Software Division Folders. I have done this, but now only one update
downloads and the others fail. The same error no applies: 800700B.

I'll keep everyone posted.
