Updates fail on XP after SP3 Installed

I have tried to apply solutions offered, but it does not help. I cleared
Cookies, Online and Offline content, History files and cleared out Temporary
folders in operating system files.

XP does not allow any updates to install after SP3 has been installed.
Please help.
