Updates failing repeatedly

I am having one heck of a time with the following updates:

..NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 1 (KB110806)
Error code: 0x643

..NET Framework 3.0 Service Pack 1 (KB929300)
Error code: 0x643

Security Update for Miscrosoft.NET Service Pack 1 (KB928366)
Error code: 0xE0434F4D

These might be older updates...I haven't used this laptop in a while. Any
help would be greatly appreciated!

If you download the .NET Framework 3.5 redistributable it will install
itself and update the others. Look for dotnetfx35.exe on the Microsoft
download site - 200+MB file.
