updates failing on Windows Server 2003 SP2

Starting with "Update for Windows Server 2003 (KB934238)", almost all the
updates, including critical ones, have failed. This is our database server,
running SP4 Sqlservr.exe 2000.8.00.2039 . What should I do?

This update installed OK: "Security Update for Microsoft XML Core Services
6.0 and Microsoft XML Core Services 6.0 Service Pack 1 (KB933579)"

but everything after that (and the one at top, before the one directly above).

Please help!
