Updates install errors

I am trying to update and install language settings for 98, I can only go so
far and then it will come up with this...

Windows Update Error


Windows Update has encountered an error and cannot display the requested page.

(0x800A138F)

The problem is that it started out with 34 updates to install, it has let me
get most of them done but has stopped at 17 and I cant go any further or find
a qure. I have been through all the support and do's area but no info is
provided. Are there any ideas? or is there a way I can go about downloading
languages from anyware for students to be able to use what's provided. I
would appriciate the help thank you...
