Hello...
I am also currently using a computer running Windows 2000 Professional OS.
It turns out that every time I go to the Windows UPDATES feature, I click on
"Express" Install recommended button. However, then there is a message in a
sort of screenshot showing me that "Updates Installation Failed" ; it doesn't
display
anything else. Only that. Also, the "HELP" button on the Windows 2000 Menu,
which
comes on after clicking on the "START" button, is working when it comes to
searching for an information on the system functionality. But, when I try to
click on the "RELATED TOPICS" link, a window comes up showing me the typical
message "THIS PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED...check your Internet Connections".
Would you please be so kind as to help me solve this problem ?
