Hi,
I finally got to test this and work thru an update scenario.
I turned off logon.scr via the registry and it seemed to correct this.
I am testing more machines now - we have a scenario this weekend that
might help.
Using regedit , I did :
HKEY_USERS\Default\Control Panel\Desktop
To disable the screen saver:
Change the Value of Scrnsave.exe to(None)
Example: (Scrnsave.exe:REG_SZ

None))
Change the value of ScreenSaveActive to Zero
Example: (ScreenSaveActive:REG_SZ:0)
To Change the default screen saver used:
Change the Value to the screen saver file (*.scr).
Example: (Scrnsave.exe:REG_SZ:Logon.scr)
Change the value of ScreenSaveActive to 1
Example: (ScreenSaveActive:REG_SZ:1)
This is from
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q154528/
on MS site.
We cannot disable SAV even for testing , so I have to follow this line,
Thanks,
Mike
