Updates installing & rebooting without warning

Hi
My laptop is installing windows updates without giving me the chance
to reboot later, so when I'm doing something important it is lost
What settings do I change to firstly get a choice to install or not
and secondly, have the choice to postpone reboot until I'm ready

Change the update setting to "download updates, but let me choose when to install them"
