Updates Keeps Installing

Hi,
I am running Vista Business and am having problems with the following items
that keep on, day after day, downloading and installing and they already
show in my list as being installed:
KB946974, KB946983, KB950114, KB951808, KB950113, KM947801, KB950378,
K946974, and Office suite (SP1)

Is there something I can do to stop this?
