The version of Windows in this case is irrelevant. What is relevant is that
you allowed an update to download and install from Windows Update for a
product that is not made by Microsoft. You should only download updates from
Microsoft for Microsoft products, updates for all of your other hardware
should be obtained directly from the website of the hardware manufacturer. To
prevent this happening again, you need to deselect the update that is
highlighted in your pic 1 when you next visit Windows Update.
