Updates Missing From Uninstall Updates Dialog

I have installed many updates for windows Vista but I want to remove SP1 RC
and PowerShell. The problem is that when I go into the section to remove my
updates it only shows 8 updates total. I am thus unable to install these.

A possibly connected issue though I am not sure, just putting it here to see
if it helps, is that my vista also stopped showing the language packs I can
download with Vista Ultimate.

Any help would be much appreciated, thankyou.
