Updates are not installed`

When i moved my "Program Files" From C:\ to D:\ in Vista RTM, some windows
updates allways failed because of a HardLink to C:\Prgoram Files which no
Junction point could solve

I've heard that SP1 fixed this behavior, can anyone confirm it please ?
