I have the exact same problem on a NT 4 server running Exch 5.5. Nothing I
do seems to make any difference. As a workaround, I am using MSBSA to scan
for missing patches and downloading and installing them manually.
Were you ever able to resolve this issue or does anyone else have a solution?
