updates won't install............help

These are the updates that won't install for me. They did before but last
night I had to reinstall xp and now it won't install the updates.........

Security Update for Windows XP (KB873339)
Critical Update for Windows XP (KB886185)
Security Update for Windows XP (KB885836)
Security Update for Windows XP (KB890175)
Security Update for Windows XP (KB885835)
Security Update for Windows XP (KB888302)
Security Update for Windows XP (KB890047)
Security Update for Windows Messenger (KB887472)
Security Update for Windows XP (KB891781)
Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer for Windows XP (KB867282)
Security Update for Windows XP (KB888113)
Security Update for Windows XP (KB873333)

When you say you had to "reinstall" just exactly what did you do? A clean
install or a repair installation? Did you also install Service Pack 2?
There is no reason why those updates shouldn't install. Let's have some
more information and maybe someone can help you out.

I did a repair install and my xp came with SP2 already. Thank you for your
fast response but I tried entering the update number and it came up and I was
able to download and install the updates doing it that way but not by the
auto updater. I ran the update check and everything came back that I didn't
need any updates so it worked that way.
