Updates on WSUS doesn't match with updates in Windows Update

Hello,

I was browsing through the list of updates that needs to be installed on a
machine via WSUS. If you click on the computer and click the Status tab, the
list under the needs to be installed doesn't match to the ones that are
listed on the Windows Update site. The Windows Update site lists fewer
updates and going to the history displays the updates that are listed "as
needed to be installed" in WSUS. Shouldn't the updates needed to be
installed on Windows update match the ones that are needed in WSUS?
