Updating wow

Wow start fine but now when i try update it, it downloads fine but patching
goes good until 99 percent when it try to remove original files.

i am administrator why can it not override / move the files

I get the issue too, the exact error message is

"....\patch.MPQ" file cannot rename to "....\patch.MPQ.Trash"
(Conflict:ResolveConflicts/1)
