Updatres for Outlook 2003

I am having problems updating Outlook 2003 with 2 updates:-

Internet security for Outlook 2003 (KB892843)
Update for Outlook 2003 Junk email filter (KB911961).

Updates download Ok but do not install.

All other downloads have preveiously worked and updates for other Windows
and Office products install OK.

Any ideas?

I am having the same problem. It started in February, around the
17th. Same updates will download but not install. I get, "The feature you are
trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try
again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation
package "PRO11.MS1" in the box below. Anyone know what this means and how to
fix it?

When the update can't find the file, make sure your Office 2k3 CD is in your
CD drive, and select browse and navigate to it on your CD drive/Office CD -
it should install afterwards.

Thanks for the advice but I do not have the Office 2003 CD. Wish I did. This
would all be so much simpler. What I don't get is that prior downloads for
this same feature worked fine. What's the problem now??? So many others
having this trouble...Is it an error on Microsofts part????? Any solutions
for those folks who do not have the Office CD????

I solved my download problem. Was having trouble with several features on my
comp.. Did a System Restore. Went back to when I had no problems with updates
(Checked "update history" on the download page). Software downloaded no
problem after this.

Having the same problem. Have tried the solutions below, but they don't
work. CD in place, and still the same problem. I would like to get rid of
it if I can't install it, the update icon is starting to get anoying. Any
suggestions are appreciated.
