Hi,

I am in the process of upgrading a older server from Windows 2003 std.
running terminalserver to Windows 2008 std. 32bit.

At the end of the process it fails with a unexpected error and rolls back to
previus OS.

The Server hardware is:
Dual Xeon 2Ghz
2Gb memory
Adaptec S2010 controller
Intel SE7501BR2

Upgrade log:

Meinolf,

No, both version is from MVLS. But I found a solution.
I ghosted the SCSI drives over to a PATA disk and booted up in Windows 2003.
Then I ran the upgrade to 2008 and it went successfully, so I guess it was
the Adaptec
controller Windows 2008 did not like.

Regards
Robert
