Hello Leon,
You can not upgrade 32bit to 64bit OS. It is a complete fresh install, wo
save your needed data on a disk drive or burn it to disk before. If the server
is domain controller and the only one in the domain, install BEFORE a second
one to keep AD data, also make it DNS server and Global catalog and move
the 5 FSMO roles to the new installed DC then. After that demote the old
one and reinstall it.
