How to upgrade to 64 bit vista ultimate os

hai...
i've got vista ultimate 32 bit os installed on pc...
could anyone plz..tell me how to upgrade it to 64 bit one?
and my is original one.

There is no upgrade path, you must format and install fresh.

There is no upgrade path from the 32-bit version of
Windows Vista to the 64-bit version. A "clean install"
would be required which involves a reformat of your
hard drive or the current partition on which the existing
32-bit version of Vista resides on.

You would need to do a clean install. An illustrated guide can be found on
