We're not talking about 64 bit/32 bit in this case...we're talking about
Basic, Home Premium, Ultimate, etc...and, of course, you do need a
separate disc for 64 bit. However, for this particular topic, that is
totally irrelevant. The poster who started the thread wants to upgrade
his copy of Vista from Premium to Ultimate, and he wants to know if the
"Anytime Upgrade" process can be done by using a friend's copy of the
Vista install disc, instead of waiting to get a Microsoft "Anytime
Upgrade" disc.
