Upgrade Anytime Download

Hey, I currently use Windows Vista Hoem Premium and I want to go to Ultimate.
I can find the place to buy the upgrade online, but that one only allows me
to buy a shipped version of the upgrade. Whereas if I go to a place that is
just to buy Ultimate, (not upgrade from premium) then it gives me the option
to buy it in my digital locker, so that I can download the software.

So my question is: does anyone know where I can buy a downloadable version
of teh cheaper upgrade Vista Ultimate from home premium?

If you have a retail Vista disc, you don't need to download anything. Any
normal copy of Vista (not a restore disc from your computer manufacturer)
can be used to do the Anytime Upgrade.

Thank you, even if I use a retail disc, I still need the key for my Ultimate
which if I buy the shippign way can take 2-4 weeks to get here. I want a way
to by the download at the same price as buying the upgrade. But for soem
reason Microsoft appears to have made it so that you either get teh
discoutned upgrade, or the download purhacse, but not both.

VisionCloud,

Have you tried leaving the key box empty during the Anytime Upgrade CD
process? I thought it would upgrade without a key and then you would have 30
days (or more) to activate. Maybe someone can clarify this.
