upgrade CA from windows server 2003 SP2 Standard Edition(32 bits)

Please advise what is the correct route for this upgrade/migration.
Currently, AD CS in our environment is on windows server 2003 SP2 standard
edition (32 bits). We are trying to move to Windows server 2008 SP1
enterprise edition (64bits). Any help will be greatly appreciated.
