Upgrade disc not working

Hi All

My Windows XP Home upgrade does not autorun. On browsing to the CD drive,
the contents are empty. I have used this disc before a few times on the same
computer. Any ideas.

Is this a retail Microsoft CD, or is this a mnufacturers CD? Is the CD drive the first CD device? Have you had a problem with other CDs or this drive?
