I recently upgraded my Windows XP Pro and Word 2002 (Works Suite)
automatically. All is well, except I keep getting an error message (after
Word has been running a while) about looking for WORDRET.MSI. I insert disk
1 of Works Suite, find the proper directory and try to complete the process.
I then get another error message about being "unable to undate speech
recognition files." Since I don't need this function, what can I do to stop
these persitent error messages?

I am having the same persistent problem except I did not get as afr as
inserting a disk as I was asked for a netwrok resource although the computer
has never been connected to a LAN. Have you found a solution?

Regards

After a long stretch of these messages, eventually they stopped. I'm not
sure why, but that problem is solved.
