upgrade from Home Premium to ultimate key problem

I bought a laptop with Windows Vista Home Premium and I was unable to find
the product key, which was hidden on the bottom.... well I upgraded to
ultimate without putting in the key for home premium. well I bought me
upgrade online and was never sent a key for ultimate. now my computer is
locked up to only using the internet to contact windows. I request that I put
in the key for ultimate but they din't send me a key when I bought it online.
help!
