upgrade kit....not rcv'd yet...help!

anyone know WHO i can contact about my upgrade? the moduslink site is down
and they aren't taking email since "all" upgrades have been mailed. my last
email was may 17th stating i would get it in 2-4 weeks....today is aug. 13th
and i still don't have it. my bad for waiting so long, but life got in the
way.

if ANYONE can help me figure out WHO to contact about my order i'd
appreciate it. i have my receipt printed out with order/conf. number and
everything but i have no clue who to contact.

Hi,

The only thing you can do at this point is contact the system manufacturer
that originally offered you the upgrade and complain. Moduslink is done with
the Vista program, and Microsoft does not handle issues with OEM
distribution programs. Expect to be dissappointed, as I suspect you will be
told that there are no options now that the program has closed and no new
disputes will be accepted this long after the offer expired.

Thanks! I'm already disappointed as I expected to get it 2 months ago, but
didn't. I've been on a wild goose chase already! It's been fun
though....NOT.

Thanks Rick. I'll keep on trying and hoping it works out in my favor. Ugh!
